Although I am working on books today, I’m also off running around doing errands that must be done before the end of the year.
It’s our annual holiday break, after all.
We’ll be back with one more post this year, watch for it on Wednesday. I guarantee it will give you something to think about, from some completely new angles.
And if you find yourself with some downtime over the holiday, I’ve got three solutions for you:
#1 Monthly Ebook Cover Design Awards
For over 4 years we’ve presented thousands of ebook covers, each credited to its designer, with commentary, critique, suggestions, and a smidgen of snark. Click the graphic to go to the Awards main page with links to every edition to date:
#2 Monthly Blog Carnival, the Carnival of the Indies
Dating back to 2010, this is the longest-running regular blog carnival in the indie publishing universe. Each month dozens of bloggers submit their best articles to create a blockbuster reading list of the latest in publishing news, instruction, analysis and inspiration. #3 Save Money on Tools to Get Your Books Out Faster, Easier, Better
We’re running an end of year store-wide sale on BookDesignTemplates.com. Everything in the store is 40% off until the end of the year.
If you’re thinking of publishing in 2016, do yourself a favor and head over there to check out the great pre-designed book templates for print books and ebooks for both Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
We haven’t had a store-wide sale in a year, and no telling when this opportunity will come around again.

See you on Wednesday.
