Earlier this week I wrote about the way that the fear of mistakes, screw-ups and disasters can keep us from reaching our publishing goals.
In that post I promised to let you know when the next video in my free training series would be available, and it just went live a few minutes ago.
In the video we dive deeper into the kinds of things that you can get wrong, and how our publishing processes are pretty forgiving. You can overcome almost any disaster and still come out with a great book.
At the end of the video you get to see how publishing your own books can be a life-changing event, when I tell the story I call “The most important book of all.”
I’ve been making a lot of videos lately, but when I watched this again I felt it was the best video I’ve ever made.
Take a few minutes to check it out and give me your opinion.

The video also explores the four main obstacles that writers run into when they think about getting into self-publishing. These are mindset problems, and we look at ways to overcome negative thoughts so we can actually get something done.
I’ve been publishing books for quite a while, and writing about it for years. This series of videos really condenses a lot of what I’ve learned over the years into a format that makes it easy to absorb, and the feedback I’ve been getting is awesome.
Here’s that link again:
Go over and have a look. If the video stirs up questions or if you’ve gone through some of these things yourself, leave me a comment. I’d love to hear from you.
