It’s been a rough week. It’s been a rough year. Close your eyes for just a minute, take a deep breath and remember the feeling of joy washing over you. If you don’t have to try to hard to find that feeling, well done! If it’s a struggle, shake the tension out of your shoulders, wiggle your toes, and take another deep breath. In your mind, visit your favorite happy place. Feel better now? I sure hope so. Want to escape the news headlines even a bit longer? Maybe read this week’s selection of great articles, too?
