Supercharge Your Book Publishing Knowledge at the Publishing Success Summit

by | Dec 2, 2016

I’m excited to be part of Eric Van Der Hope’s Publishing Success Summit: it’s an Epic Online Event being held December 4th through December 18th, 2016.

Eric has brought together more than 65+ book industry experts: published authors, platform mentors, ghost writers, designers, editors, literary agents & publishers.

This is a great opportunity to learn from the experts how to publish successfully so that you can share your message and make an impact on people’s lives.

Don’t understand the publishing process? Learn from this panel of experts, they’ll help teach you the fundamentals of publishing and how to build a solid foundation on which to publish a professional book.

This is a no-fluff, information-packed summit and is NOT a series of presentations selling stuff at the end. Check out the event details here.

When you see the speakers and topic, I think you’ll agree this is going to be a blockbuster event. Here’s the whole list (I’m on Day 6):

I’m sorry I’m off-topic… this isn’t related to your recent article. I became interested in your templates from reading about their quality and support. Around the sixth I emailed a few questions, but I never heard back. On the tenth I emailed again. Finally, on the twelfth I received a sincerely apologetic response from Marla Markman asking what my questions were, and that she’d reply as soon as possible. So, I emailed her back about two hours later.
    I still haven’t received a response…
Is this what it would be like when I need support with a template? I’m frustrated and I haven’t purchased one yet!

      Hello Johanna,

I must apologize. We have had some sporadic email issues to our support inbox over the last few weeks, since the launch of our new website. We found the cause of the problem this afternoon, and it has been resolved. We take our customer service very seriously, and have two technicians that do nothing but help our customers with questions. Please feel free to contact us on our contact form, if you have any issues, and we will get back with you ASAP.

      Thank you,
      Tracy
