Hard to believe that this week marked the half way point in January. The holiday decorations may have been taken down and put away, but another cold snap sweeps across the continent to remind many of us that it’s still winter. So, why not find a cozy spot, make yourself a hot drink, maybe a hot chocolate (I like mine with lots of marshmallows), put your feet up and do some reading?
